Terms and Conditions

CreuseCarp is the name of our website. Our registered french company is Les Fragnes Loisir, Siret 499 350 619 000 15. All transactions are with Les Fragnes Loisir. (Les Fragnes is the name of our farm and loisir means leisure)

Payment

Bookings for a week’s fishing run from Saturday to Saturday (2pm on day or arrival to 10am on day of departure).

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. This is required in Euros and is payable by Eurocheque (payable to ‘Les Fragnes Loisirs’), Credit Card (via Paypal) or direct bank transfer.

·        Creditcard/Paypal: We will supply you with a booking reference to use with our Paypal account when we confirm your provisional booking

·        Direct bank transfer: Direct transfer is a quick and easy way to make a payment, especially with modern on-line banking, and you can also do it through your local branch. We will supply you with our IBAN and Swift/BIC codes along with a booking reference.

The balance is payable on or before arrival in Euro by any of the above means or in cash.

Holiday cancellation

If the client cancels their reservation more than 12 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be retained by Les Fragnes Loisirs. Less than 12 weeks before arrival, a cancellation fee equal to the balance is due and will only be refunded if Les Fragnes Loisirs is able to fill the vacancy. If Les Fragnes Loisirs cancels the holiday, the client will be refunded the amount they have paid for the holiday.  

Force majeure

Les Fragnes Loisirs cannot be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, government sanction, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity.

 

 

Insurance

It is advisable to take out travel insurance to cover your personal belongings, medical costs, personal injury, public liability etc as these will not be covered by our insurance. You may also wish to obtain an E111 or EHIC (European Health Insurance Card) from your health department.

 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Photography

LesFragnes Loisirs may use any photographic material in advertising and web sites unless advised otherwise in writing.
